Debate on Catholicism (Spring, TX)

This debate was held in Spring, Texas on July 17,18 and 20,21, 2000, between David Brown (of the Church of Christ) and Daniel Callam (Catholic priest). The first two nights Brown affirmed “The New Testament is the exclusive authority in the Christian religion” and Callam denied. The second two nights Callam affirmed “The Bible and tradition, as defined by the Roman Catholic church, constitutes the authority of the Christian religion” and Brown denied.
